Peninsula Agreement and Assignment of Rights    During the initial HUD development documentation of Mystic Shores, one Peninsula unit was inadvertently not included as a part of The Peninsula. In 2009, amendments were recorded in Comal County to include all four units in The Peninsula as an independent neighborhood.
