Step Three – After the Preliminary Review Meeting, submit application forms, fees and finalized plans to FSR for review by an architect.
Submits the signed Preliminary Review meeting form, finalized plans and fees to FSR. Forms and fees can be found in Appendix D of the Guidelines.
The FSR architect and The Peninsula ACC review your plans.
After approval by The Peninsula ACC, a letter from the ACC administrator will be issued to authorize the start of construction, renovation or landscaping project. If the application is not approved, the liaison will communicate with the homeowner the issues and will work with you for corrections and re-submittal.
