Step 4 – Submit final plans, color samples and external aesthetic details to The Peninsula ACC. Additional meetings will be scheduled if required.

• Plans include site and detailed construction plans. Drawing scales are specified in the Guidelines.
• Color swatches for stucco, stains, exterior paint, rock.  Specify brand or designation number, style, manufacturer for the swatches.
• Include details for doors, railing, fences or other external features.
