The Peninsula At Mystic Shores (“The Peninsula”) is nestled deep in the Texas Hill Country. The Peninsula was developed as an exclusive section within the subdivision of Mystic Shores, with a gated entry, private roads, underground utilities and central water. Surrounded by water on three sides, The Peninsula’s name is derived from its magnificent location along the northwest shore of Canyon Lake and the bends of the Guadalupe River. Many of the almost 250 properties within the 635 acres of The Peninsula are along the lake or river and have lovely views of the surrounding Hill Country.

The Peninsula has its own property owners association, The Peninsula At Mystic Shores Property Owners Association (“Peninsula POA”), providing owners the authority and resources to manage the private roads and private access gate and its entry and landscaping. The guidelines and restrictions defined in the POA documents protect all property owners and ensure a pristine community.

Our community is located approximately 25 miles west of New Braunfels and 45 miles north of downtown San Antonio. We are near many Hill Country towns and sights, including Wimberley, Blanco, Johnson City, Fredericksburg and Austin.
